of mike farrell, one of our heroes, the man who built annaly hospital management who died this weekend at the age of 61. farrell is one of the good guys. he flagged the mortgage debacle long before everyone else saw it coming. he warned correctly what would occur if wall street was allowed to run amok with mortgage financial engineering. and he made billions of dollars for his shareholders. what you might know is farrell was one of the most charitable people on earth.
